The Domino’s x Minecraft Dungeons II promotion is live. As of Monday, Oct. 26, U.S. Domino’s Rewards members who order and prepay for a Domino online or in the app get a code for one of three in-game cosmetics, including the Slice Slayer Cape, and the 20,000 free game giveaway has opened too. Domino’s official promo page now has ordering and receipt upload switched on, along with a full FAQ that answers most of the questions we had when the collab was first announced last week.
What you get with each Domino
The Domino is Domino’s Detroit-style pizza made for one, cut into two square slices. It launched nationwide on Aug. 31 at $7.99 for one topping, according to USA Today, and a two-topping Domino has been part of the Mix and Match deal at $6.99 each when you order two or more items, per Nation’s Restaurant News. Prices can be higher at some locations, so check your local store. Each one ordered during the promotion comes with:
- One random in-game item code for the Slice Slayer Cape, the Domino’s Skin or the Cheesy Cube Pet
- One of six collectible boxes featuring the Creeper, Pig, Zombie, Valorie, Prime Enchanter or Corrupted Creeper, handed out at random while supplies last
- A receipt you can upload for a chance at a free copy of Minecraft Dungeons II

The rules for the cape and other items
Domino’s FAQ fills in the fine print:
- Online and prepaid only. Orders placed in store or paid with cash at the register don’t qualify.
- Rewards membership is required, but it’s free. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up after checkout and still get the code.
- You can’t pick your item. Every qualifying Domino generates one code with equal odds for each of the three items, and duplicates are possible, even within the same order.
- Up to 10 codes per order. Buying several Dominos in one order earns one code each, capped at 10.
- No swaps. Domino’s won’t trade a code for a different item, but it encourages sharing duplicates with friends and family. Codes can’t be resold.
- One of each item per Microsoft account. A second cape code won’t work on an account that already has the cape, so pass it on.
- Early boxes don’t count. Some customers got the Minecraft boxes before Oct. 26. Domino’s says only qualifying orders placed on or after Oct. 26 earn items.
The in-game offer runs through Jan. 10, 2027, and codes must be redeemed by Dec. 31, 2027. The items are cosmetic only and work only in Minecraft Dungeons II, not in regular Minecraft.
How to redeem the Slice Slayer Cape
- Order and prepay for a Domino on dominos.com or in the Domino’s app while signed in to Domino’s Rewards.
- Allow up to 24 hours for the code to show up in the My Rewards section of your Domino’s account. Write it down: Domino’s says codes disappear from My Rewards after Feb. 7, 2027.
- Launch Minecraft Dungeons II signed in to the Microsoft account you want the item on.
- From the main menu, open Settings, scroll down to Exclusive Content and enter the code. The “Take Me There” button next to your code in My Rewards also links to the Minecraft redeem page.
You need to own the game, which is sold separately, plus an internet connection. Redemption problems go to help.minecraft.net, while order questions go to Domino’s.
The 20,000 game giveaway is open
Domino’s is giving away 2,000 Minecraft Dungeons II Standard Edition codes a day across 10 daily entry periods, 20,000 in total, each worth $29.99. Upload your Domino receipt through the promo page to enter. The giveaway is also no purchase necessary, with a free entry method in the Official Rules linked from the page. It ends Nov. 4 at 11:59 PM ET (10:59 PM CT) and is open to legal residents of the 50 states and D.C. who are 13 or older, with parent or guardian permission needed for minors. The page lists a limit of one entry per person, so read the rules before entering again. Prize codes are for the Standard Edition on Xbox Series X|S and PC only, according to Domino’s announcement.
The Minecraft Dungeons II themed Domino’s Tracker is still marked coming soon.
Outside the U.S.
Mojang’s Domino’s page on Minecraft.net says Canada and Mexico work like the U.S., with one of the three items per qualifying Domino. The items are also coming to participating Domino’s stores in Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, the Netherlands, Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Spain, Taiwan and Turkey, where the qualifying item may be a local personal pizza, meal bundle or side, and the code may come on a sleeve, box topper or printed card. Timing varies by country, so check your local Domino’s app. The free game giveaway is U.S. only.
