Rockstar Games has opened a new Launch Gallery on the official Grand Theft Auto VI site, with 39 fresh screenshots of Jason, Lucia and the state of Leonida. The studio pointed fans to it in a post on X, writing that GTA VI is “now officially only two weeks away” and signing off with “See you in Leonida on November 19.”
Some outlets counted 38 images. We counted the files on Rockstar’s gallery page directly and got 39, all at 4K resolution (3840 x 2160).
What the 39 screenshots cover
Rockstar files each image by location or character. Here is how the new batch breaks down:
- Vice City: 15. The biggest share. A packed jungle themed nightclub, a marina full of boats in front of the skyline, a drone view of a beachfront pool, a neon gas station at dusk, a pink muscle car on a palm lined street and a night skyline shot.
- Jason Duval: 9. A police chase on a sport bike, a shirtless bench press session, a gunfight in a sparking warehouse and a rifle shot with a helicopter overhead.
- Jason and Lucia: 7. A masked bank or store holdup, a convertible shootout, a quiet sunset shot of the pair under a tree and a crowded neon bar.
- Lucia Caminos: 4. Close ups with a pistol, including one with police lights behind her.
- Grassrivers: 2. A swamp shack hangout and an airboat at night with an alligator in the water.
- Leonida Keys: 1. An underwater scuba shot with a lionfish.
- Port Gellhorn: 1. A pole dancer under a neon cabaret sign.
Why this drop matters
Thirty nine images in one day is a big batch, and Rockstar saved it for the final stretch before launch. The mix leans hard into side activities and nightlife rather than story beats. Our take
Fifteen of 39 images are Vice City, and almost none show a mission objective. Rockstar is selling the place, not the plot, which is exactly what a studio confident in its world does two weeks out. If you want to avoid story spoilers, this gallery is about as safe as GTA 6 marketing gets.
